- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders provided the customer drops off the cash to the store or personally picks up the product and in return, makes the payment in person.

What if I’m not available during delivery?
The delivery agent will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, they may leave a missed delivery notice. Please contact the courier company directly using the number on the tracking page to reschedule the delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within our policy period if the product is unused and in its original condition.
Return Policy Duration
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions for Return
A product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- The product is not a personalized or custommade item.
- The product is not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products damaged due to misuse or after delivery.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers/UPC codes.
- Any item not in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@[busybtoys].com or WhatsApp us at [+91-9878546512] within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Package the Item: Securely repack the product in its original packaging.
- Pickup: We will schedule a pickup from your address through our courier partner. Please do not ship the item back without our instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- For Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item Shipped: We will bear the cost of return shipping.
- For Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the original source of payment (e.g., your credit card, UPI ID, or bank account). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT bank transfer.
- Refund Timeframe: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
What if the product is damaged or defective?
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- Inspect at Delivery: We strongly recommend opening the package in the presence of the delivery executive to check for any visible damage from transit.
- If damaged, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If you discover a manufacturing defect after opening the package, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement.
